• Refunds for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be processed, minus any non-refundable fees.

• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

• Mindful Little Movers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants are expected to arrive on time for scheduled programs.

6. Liability and Waiver:

• Mindful Little Movers is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the programs.

• Participants and their legal guardians hereby release Mindful Little Movers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred while participating in our programs.

• All content, including but not limited to logos, images, and program materials, is the property of Mindful Little Movers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
